Just wondering if anyone knows of any others. I want to order some roses to have on hand but Petra charges $25 USD for shipping ouch!!!!!

For Toronto you can find a selection of finished flowers at World of Cake Decorating. It' near Jane and Lawrence 2009 Lawrence Ave West Unit #11. It's a tiny place, but I've heard they have some things more reasonably priced. I took a couple classes there.
