Rick has decided to brave the Canadian winter and stay a little bit longer!!!

Come spend three tropical days with Rick while we create two stunning cakes. Students will learn painting, airbrushing, sculpting and freehand art techniques. All without the use of stencils, molds, or special cutters.
Rick has been working away and has designed some stunning pieces of cake art to share with us. Students will create Rick's green hibiscus cake. This is a well requested cake and a cakelava signature.

Then learn a sculpted clownfish in underwater coral scene. An upright tropical fish employing many different artistic techniques that students may then apply to other designs.

Space is limited to 15 students. You won't want to miss this class.

AS ALWAYS ALL SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED AND LUNCH WILL BE CATERED EACH DAY.
